Smokers Oasis March Giveaway

Official Rules

The Smokers Oasis Lucky Pour Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Smokers Oasis (“Sponsor”).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Nintendo or any other brand mentioned in the prize descriptions.

Eligibility

The Smokers Oasis March Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees of Smokers Oasis and their immediate family members may enter.

Participants must comply with all local, state, and federal laws when participating in the promotion.

Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

Customers may enter the promotion by purchasing a Medium or Large Daiquiri at a participating Smokers Oasis location during the promotion period.

Each qualifying purchase will include a scratch-off code located on the drink cup.

To enter:

Scratch the cup to reveal the code

Visit the official entry page via the QR code

Enter the code along with your contact information

Each valid code equals one entry into the giveaway.

Codes that are unreadable, duplicated, altered, or previously redeemed will not be accepted.

No purchase necessary entries may be provided where required by law by contacting Smokers Oasis directly.

Promotion Period

The promotion begins at 12:00 AM on March 9 and ends at 11:59 PM on March 31.

Only entries submitted during this time will be eligible.

Entry Deadline

All codes must be entered on the official giveaway landing page no later than March 31 at 11:59 PM (local time).

Codes entered after this deadline will not be eligible for the drawing.

Prize Information

The Grand Prize is a Nintendo Switch 2 gaming system.

Additional prizes may also be awarded.

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Smokers Oasis reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.

The drawing will take place shortly after the promotion ends.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided at the time of entry.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Smokers Oasis reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Limitations of Liability

Smokers Oasis is not responsible for:

• Lost or misprinted codes

• Technical failures on the entry website

• Incomplete or inaccurate entry information

• Entries submitted through fraudulent or automated methods

Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the entry system may result in disqualification.

Privacy Policy

Information collected during the entry process may include:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Entry code information

This information is used solely for:

• Administering the giveaway

• Contacting winners

• Verifying legitimate entries

Smokers Oasis does not sell or distribute participant information to third parties.

Participants may receive follow-up communication related to the promotion.

Agreement to Rules

By submitting an entry, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions made by Smokers Oasis regarding the administration of the promotion.

All decisions made by the Sponsor are final.
